Around the world, the persons have different food
habits, because it depends of the culture, manners and traditions of the
country. For example, in Mexico they eat high levels of protein, fiber and
vitamins, and in the USA people eat pizza, cheeseburgers and son much food that
has calories. For thus reason in USA a lot of people are overweight.
If people want to be successful in their loves, work
and physical appearance it is important to have good eating habits. Many of our
habits were created during our childhood; therefore the participation and
knowledge of the parents are essential in this process. The radical changes are
not a good idea.
If you are a fit person, you learn these habits; start
the day with breakfast, that is the most important meal of the day and if you
don´t eat it, your energy won´t be the same and you will need more food during
the day. Another one, is drinking water; not soda, not ice tea. Eight glasses
of water a day keeps your body functioning and help you in the routine
exercises.
However, another good eating habit is eating small
portions but five times a day. Small meals often reduce cortisol levels and if
you eat big meals, you will eat a lot of calories and the efficiency of our
body is less. One of the most important habits is when you know the food,
because the knowledge of food allows people to be an educated person.
Finally, to be
a successful and fit person it is important that the people know themselves,
their body. After that, you can start to care about your body learning the
correct habits, adopting the habits and practicing those ones. It is simple,
you just look after what you eat and train at least three days per week and it
is so important to inculcate this lifestyle in your children.
