When you talk about Passive Voice, you think first in Active Voice. But the two ones are completely different. Passive Voice is a type of sentence in which the subject receives the action of the verb. The most common form of the Passive Voice is in which the agent is not identified.
Use the passive to talk about actions, events and process or put longer expressions later in the sentence. The Passive Voice is formed by used the appropriate form of the verb to be and a past participle.
Examples:
Sue changed the flat tire. (Active)
The flat tire was changed by Sue. (Passive)
We are going to watch a movie tonight. (Active)
A movie is going to be watched by us tonight. (Passive)
